Recently our family purchased a pendant for my husbands mother for her 70th birthday. It was a round gold pendant in which we had a photograph of her late husband etched, and on the back of the pendant each of the family members names inscribed. Having recently lost her husband of 46 years she was overwhelmed with this gift.
My Sister-in-law and I made the purchase on line and emailed the photograph to you. This all happened on a Wednesday and the birthday was on the Sunday. We knew we were asking alot to request delivery of the pendant on Friday. We phoned your office just to clarify what we wanted on the pendant and mentioned that if it was possible we would love to receive the pendant on Friday but really, we held little hope. It was my delight and surprise when the pendant arrived on the Friday. I commend you and your staff for the exceptional, outstanding and personalised service. Having our gift on the day was wonderful and contributed to this special and memorable birthday.
