Service: Perfect - the lady I dealt with was amazing! She understood my circumstance, and was able to take my order and express post it that same day. Definitely the best service I've ever had!
Product: Beautiful - although, the gold doesn't go right to the edges which makes it look a little undone, but the overall idea of the necklace is great and the fact that I got such great service makes this little flaw irrelevant.
